what to expect:
​
- Your high school student will receive group mentoring sessions with a college level mentor. Mentoring will take place virtually during times that work best for your student.
​
9th Grade: The mentors will showcase the college experiences through discussions, past events, and their leadership roles on campus. They will also discuss dorm life and what to expect.​
​
10th Grade: The students will have the opportunity to learn more about the college workload and how to begin preparing their grades now for college in addition to the college experience.
​
11th Grade: Students will sit down with mentors and being exploring their various areas of interest and potential schools they could apply to.
​
12th Grade: Students will have the opportunity to receive help with their chosen college applications, receive a scholarship, and help applying for other scholarships.

Meet Sherylynn Sealy:
Founder of TrustLoveKnow
Together as an organization, we participated in a yoga night held by Sherylynn Sealy. Not only is well known in the faith community but she also happens to be a yoga instructor and founder of TrustLoveKnow, TrustLoveKnow is a faith-based organization that encourages individuals to tap into themselves by stretching, meditation, etc,.
Amongst other things, she also is a dance instructor, worship leader, and preacher’s kid in which she blends into her organization as a whole. In her opinion, it is essential for Sealy to spend time with God to recharge and listen to him within. These are the very things that helped create TrustLoveKnow and share it with others. Such activities include chanting to internalize the Bible verse and session theme, stretching to release endorphins to clear the mind, meditation, and journaling to reflect what was revealed during the session. As far as finding her first clients, Sealy had a great social media following with her work.
She was able to connect not only family and friends, but others by email and creating and sharing demonstration videos. Because of her planning, it was easy to lay out everything that she could offer to help her clients. All in all, TrustLoveKnow is a lovely organization and everyone should check more out from it and its founder Sherylynn Sealy. We loved her yoga night!
